This policy explains what personal data ElasticMailer ("we") collects through elasticmailer.com, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

  • Details you send us through our contact, estimate, audit, hosting and careers forms: name, email, phone number, company, and what you write in the message.
  • Audit requests: the website address you ask us to check. We do not store audit results unless you send them to us with the follow-up form.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and block abuse. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots on our forms.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and deliver services you ask for.
  • To keep the site and our forms secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations once you become a client.

By submitting a form you consent to us using your details for these purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop processing and delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting, email and accounting providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data if required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email hello@elasticmailer.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Grievances

For any concern about how we handle your data, write to our grievance officer at support@elasticmailer.com, ElasticMailer, Kharadi, Pune 411014, Maharashtra. If you are not satisfied with our response you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
