iOS and Android apps, from first sketch to store
An app is a bigger commitment than a website. It has to work on hundreds of Android devices and the latest iPhones, survive patchy mobile networks, pass App Store and Play Store review, and keep working when operating systems update every year. Many apps launch fine and then slowly fall apart.

Why it matters
We design, build and launch mobile apps for iOS and Android, usually with React Native or Flutter so one codebase serves both, and in Swift or Kotlin where native performance matters. We handle the back end, push notifications, payments, analytics and store submission, and we plan for updates from day one.
What you get
Product scoping
User roles, core features, platform choice and integrations agreed in a written scope, with a first release focused on what users need most.
App design
Flows and screens designed in Figma to iOS and Android conventions, with clickable prototypes tested on real phones before development begins.
Cross-platform or native build
Apps built in React Native, Flutter, Swift or Kotlin, with offline handling, push notifications, deep links and payments through Razorpay or in-app purchases.
Back end and admin panel
APIs, database, authentication and a web admin panel for your team, built on Firebase, Supabase or a custom Node.js back end depending on your needs.
Store launch and monitoring
App Store and Play Store listings, screenshots, privacy disclosures and submission, plus crash reporting and analytics set up before the first user installs.
How we work
Scope
We define users, features and platforms with you, and agree the first release, budget and timeline.
Design and prototype
We design the app in Figma and test clickable prototypes with real users on real phones.
Build and test
We develop in two-week sprints, sharing test builds through TestFlight and Play Console internal testing.
Launch and support
We submit to both stores, monitor crashes and reviews after launch, and plan the next release.
What we aim for
- Crash-free sessions above 99.5%
- Cold start under two seconds on mid-range Android phones
- Approval on both stores without repeated rejections
- App store rating of 4.5 or higher from real users

Questions people ask
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
React Native, Flutter or native?
For most business apps, React Native or Flutter is the sensible choice: one codebase for iOS and Android, lower cost and faster updates. We recommend native Swift or Kotlin when you need heavy device features, complex animation or maximum performance. We explain the trade-off for your specific app.
How long does it take to build an app?
A focused first version usually takes 10 to 16 weeks from kick-off to store launch, including design and testing. Apps with complex back ends, real-time features or many user roles take longer. We prefer launching a smaller app sooner and improving it with real usage data.
What happens after the app is launched?
Apps need ongoing care: OS updates, new device sizes, store policy changes, security patches and fixes. Most clients move onto a maintenance plan after launch, and many keep us on for new features. You own the code either way, so you are free to choose.
