Online stores that make buying quick on a phone

Indian shoppers mostly buy on their phones, expect to pay by UPI in a couple of taps, and still ask for cash on delivery in many pin codes. A store built from a generic theme, loaded with apps and slow on mobile data, loses many of them between the product page and payment confirmation.

Why it matters

We build and rebuild e-commerce stores on Shopify, WooCommerce or a headless setup when you need more control. We focus on fast product pages, a short checkout, the right payment mix through Razorpay or similar gateways, shipping and inventory integrations, and the analytics and email flows that bring buyers back.

What you get

  • Store design

Mobile-first designs for home, collection, product, cart and checkout pages, built around how your customers browse and what convinces them to buy.

  • Store build or migration

A Shopify, WooCommerce or headless build, with products, customers and order history migrated from your old platform and redirects set up to protect search traffic.

  • Payments and checkout

Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU with UPI, cards, wallets and COD, plus COD verification, GST-ready invoices and a checkout with as few steps as possible.

  • Shipping and operations

Integrations with Shiprocket or similar logistics partners, inventory sync, order notifications by email and WhatsApp, and returns workflows your team can manage.

  • Analytics and retention setup

GA4 e-commerce tracking, Meta and Google conversion tracking, and Klaviyo or Brevo connected for abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows.

How we work

  1. Audit and plan

We review your current store, analytics and operations, and agree platform, scope and launch date.

  2. Design

We design the key templates for mobile first and review each of them with you before development.

  3. Build and integrate

We build the store, migrate your data and connect payments, shipping, tracking and email tools.

  4. Launch and tune

We test real orders end to end, go live and watch checkout data closely for the first weeks.

What we aim for

  • Mobile product pages passing Core Web Vitals
  • Checkout completion rate tracked and improving against baseline
  • Every order, payment and refund tracked accurately in analytics
  • No lost search traffic or broken links after migration

Questions people ask

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify suits most D2C brands: reliable hosting, strong apps and less maintenance for your team. WooCommerce makes sense if you already run WordPress, need unusual product logic or want to avoid monthly platform fees. Headless is worth it mainly for large catalogues or very custom experiences.

Can you move our store without losing SEO and orders?

Yes. We migrate products, customers and order history, map every old URL to its new one with redirects, and keep the old store available until the new one is verified. We launch at a quiet time and monitor search and sales data closely afterwards.

How do you handle cash on delivery?

We set up COD with sensible limits, OTP or WhatsApp confirmation to reduce fake orders, and optional partial prepayment or a small prepaid discount to nudge buyers towards UPI. Your logistics partner’s COD remittance is connected so reconciliation is easier.
