Email that reaches the inbox and brings customers back

The customers who already bought from you or signed up for a demo are the cheapest people to sell to, yet most businesses email them rarely and inconsistently. And since Gmail and Yahoo tightened their bulk sender rules, missing authentication or rising spam complaints can quietly send every campaign to junk.

Why it matters

We run email properly from end to end. Authentication and deliverability first, then automated flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, onboarding and win-back, and a regular campaign calendar on top. We work in Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns, send only to consented contacts and report revenue or pipeline per email.

What you get

  • Deliverability setup

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and aligned for every tool that sends as your domain, one-click unsubscribe, Google Postmaster monitoring and a staged path to DMARC enforcement.

  • Lifecycle automation

Welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows for stores, or lead nurture, trial onboarding and renewal flows for B2B and SaaS.

  • Monthly campaigns

A campaign calendar planned around your launches and offers, with copy, mobile-first design and testing across Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail for every send.

  • Segmentation and list hygiene

Contacts segmented by behaviour and lifecycle stage, with bouncing and long-inactive addresses suppressed so engagement stays high and sender reputation stays healthy.

  • Revenue reporting

A monthly report tying campaigns and flows to orders, revenue or qualified leads, alongside complaint rates, unsubscribes and what we will change next.

How we work

  1. Audit

We review your email platform, DNS records, list health, existing flows and past campaign results in detail.

  2. Fix foundations

We correct authentication, clean the list and connect store or CRM data to your email platform.

  3. Build flows and campaigns

We launch the highest-value flows first, then start a regular campaign calendar that you approve each month.

  4. Report and refine

We review results monthly, test subject lines, timing and offers, and improve whatever is underperforming.

What we aim for

  • Inbox placement above 95% on seed tests
  • Spam complaint rate below 0.1% in Google Postmaster Tools
  • DMARC at quarantine or reject with all legitimate senders aligned
  • A rising share of email revenue from automated flows

Tools we use

  • Klaviyo
  • Brevo
  • HubSpot
  • Mailchimp
  • Zoho Campaigns
  • Google Postmaster Tools

Questions people ask

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

What do the Gmail and Yahoo bulk sender rules require?

Bulk senders need SPF and DKIM, a published DMARC record aligned with the From domain, one-click unsubscribe in marketing emails and low spam complaint rates, under 0.3% at most. Microsoft has introduced similar requirements for Outlook. We check you against all of them first.

Which email platform should we use?

For Shopify and D2C brands, Klaviyo is usually the strongest fit. Brevo and Zoho Campaigns suit tighter budgets. HubSpot makes sense for B2B teams already using it as their CRM. We recommend based on your data, volume and budget, not on partner commissions.

How do you handle consent under the DPDP Act?

We only email people who have clearly opted in, keep a record of where and when consent was given, and make unsubscribing one click. If your existing list has unclear consent, we recommend a re-permission campaign before regular sending starts.
