Where are your servers located?
We host in Indian data centres, typically Mumbai, for businesses whose customers are mainly in India, and in Singapore, Europe or the US for international audiences. Where data residency matters for your industry or clients, we will confirm the location in writing.
Can you move our site from another host?
Yes, and migration is included. We copy your files, databases and email settings where relevant, test everything on the new server, then switch DNS at a quiet time. Your existing site keeps running until the new one is confirmed working.
Is hosting the same as a maintenance plan?
No. Hosting covers the server, security, backups, SSL and uptime. It does not include updating your WordPress plugins, fixing code or making changes to your site. Those are covered by our maintenance and support plans, which many hosting clients add.
