Should we choose simple mailboxes or Google Workspace?
Simple mailboxes suit teams that mainly need reliable email on their own domain at low cost. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 make sense when you also want shared documents, video calls, larger storage and advanced admin controls. Many businesses mix both to manage costs.
How much do Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 cost?
Licences are billed at Google’s or Microsoft’s current rates for your chosen plan, which change from time to time, so we confirm the exact figure when you sign up. Our setup and migration fee is quoted separately and depends on the number of users and mailboxes being moved.
Will we lose old emails when we switch?
No. We migrate existing mail, folders, contacts and calendars from your current provider, whether that is cPanel email, Zoho, Gmail or Outlook. We schedule the switch so new mail starts arriving in the new mailboxes with little or no gap.
