Connect your systems and stop copying data by hand

Leads arrive in one tool, orders in another and invoices in Tally, and someone on your team spends hours every week moving data between them. Mistakes creep in, reports never quite match and customers get asked for the same details twice. Each of these systems usually has an API that could do the work.

Why it matters

We connect the software your business already runs on. CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce, ERPs and accounting tools like Tally, Zoho Books and SAP, payment gateways, logistics partners and the WhatsApp Business API. We build integrations that log every sync, retry when a service is down and alert someone when a record fails.

What you get

  • Integration audit

A map of your systems, what data moves between them, who moves it today and where errors happen, with integrations ranked by hours saved and risk reduced.

  • CRM and ERP integrations

Two-way syncs between your website, CRM and ERP, such as leads into Zoho CRM or HubSpot, orders into Tally or SAP, and status updates back to customers.

  • Payments and messaging

Razorpay, Cashfree or Stripe webhooks, payment reconciliation, and WhatsApp Business API messages triggered by events in your systems, such as confirmations and reminders.

  • Custom APIs

Well-documented REST or GraphQL APIs for your own product or data, with authentication, rate limits and versioning so partners and apps can connect safely.

  • Monitoring and error handling

Logging, automatic retries, alerts on failed syncs and a simple dashboard showing what moved, when and what needs attention, so problems never go unnoticed.

How we work

  1. Map

We document your systems, data and manual steps, and agree which integrations to build first.

  2. Design

We define data mappings, triggers, error handling and security for each integration and confirm them with you.

  3. Build and test

We build against sandbox accounts, test edge cases with real sample data, then run alongside manual processes.

  4. Go live and monitor

We switch over, watch every sync closely in the first weeks and hand over runbooks for your team.

What we aim for

  • Manual data entry between key systems reduced to zero
  • Every failed sync logged, retried and alerted within minutes
  • Data matching across CRM, ERP and payments at month end
  • Integrations documented well enough for any developer to maintain

Tools we use

  • Node.js
  • Python
  • n8n
  • Zoho CRM
  • HubSpot
  • TallyPrime
  • Razorpay
  • WhatsApp Business API

Questions people ask

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Can you integrate with Tally?

Yes. Tally can exchange data through its XML and ODBC interfaces, and connectors exist for TallyPrime. We commonly push sales invoices, receipts and customer records from websites, CRMs and payment gateways into Tally, and pull stock or ledger data back where needed.

Should we use Zapier or a custom integration?

For low volumes and simple workflows, Zapier, Make or n8n are quick and cheap, and we set those up too. Custom integrations make sense when volumes are high, data is sensitive, logic is complex or per-task pricing starts to add up.

What if one of the systems changes its API?

It happens regularly. Our integrations use versioned APIs where available, log every failure and alert us when something breaks. On a maintenance plan, we track announced API changes for the systems you use and update integrations before deadlines.
