From product idea to your first paying customers

Most early products are overbuilt. Founders spend a year and their savings on features nobody asked for, then discover the core problem needed solving differently. Others rush out something so fragile that it has to be rewritten the moment real customers arrive, just when the team should be selling.

Why it matters

We help founders and product teams build the smallest product that can win paying customers, on foundations that will not need throwing away. Multi-tenant architecture, subscriptions, roles and permissions, onboarding and product analytics from day one. Then we keep shipping with you, release by release, as real usage shows what to build next.

What you get

  • Product discovery

Workshops to define your target customer, the core problem, the shortest path to value and the features that can wait, written up as a focused MVP scope.

  • MVP design and build

UX design and development of the first release in Next.js and Node.js or Python, with authentication, onboarding and the core workflow done properly.

  • Multi-tenant SaaS foundations

Workspaces, roles and permissions, data isolation between customers, audit logs and SSO options, so enterprise buyers do not stall your sales later.

  • Subscriptions and billing

Plans, trials, upgrades and invoicing through Stripe for international customers or Razorpay Subscriptions for India, with GST-compliant invoices where needed.

  • Product analytics and iteration

Event tracking in PostHog or Mixpanel, activation and retention dashboards, and a release plan driven by how real customers use the product.

How we work

  1. Discover

We test your assumptions with you and cut the scope down to what the first customers truly need.

  2. Design

We prototype the core workflow and test it with prospective customers before committing to the build.

  3. Build the MVP

We develop in two-week sprints with a live staging app, launching to early users as soon as possible.

  4. Learn and scale

We track activation and retention, fix friction and build the next features customers are asking for.

What we aim for

  • A usable first release in front of real users within 12 weeks
  • Activation and retention measured from the first sign-up
  • Uptime of 99.9% once paying customers are live
  • An architecture that supports the next stage without a rewrite

Tools we use

  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Stripe
  • Razorpay

Questions people ask

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

We are non-technical founders. Can you be our tech team?

Yes. Many of our SaaS clients start that way. We act as your product and engineering team, explain technical decisions in plain language and help you make trade-offs. When you are ready to hire a CTO or in-house developers, we help interview and hand over properly.

How much does an MVP cost?

It depends on the number of user roles, integrations and platforms. After a short discovery phase we send a fixed quote for the first release, so the cost is clear before development starts.

Can you work with our existing codebase?

Yes. We start with a code and architecture review, tell you honestly what is solid and what is risky, and propose a plan. That might be steady improvement alongside new features, or rebuilding specific parts. A full rewrite is rarely the right first answer.
