These terms cover your use of elasticmailer.com. Project work, hosting, domains and email are also governed by the proposal or order you sign with us, which takes priority if anything conflicts.
Quotes
We quote every project individually. A quote becomes binding only in a written proposal or invoice from us. Amounts are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated.
Free audit tool
Use the audit only on websites you own or are allowed to test. Results are automated checks provided as they are, and are not a full security or performance assessment.
Hosting, domains and email
- Services renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Domain registrations are also subject to the rules of the relevant registry, such as NIXI for .in domains, and ICANN policies for generic domains.
- You must not use our hosting or email to send spam, host unlawful content or attack other systems. We may suspend services that do.
Intellectual property
Content on this site belongs to ElasticMailer. Code and designs we create for clients transfer to the client as set out in their contract.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
