The challenge
The chain had four branches across Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Wagholi and Hadapsar, and every appointment was booked by phone. Front desks were overloaded, no-shows were costing several chair-hours a week, and patients on multi-visit treatments often forgot follow-ups. Online, two branches had unverified Google Business Profiles, opening hours were wrong in several directories, and newer competitors with more recent reviews were appearing above them in local map results.

What we did
- Designed and built a React Native app for iOS and Android with branch and doctor selection, live slot booking and treatment plan visibility.
- Connected the app to the clinic’s practice management software and sent reminders by push notification and WhatsApp before each visit.
- Verified and completed Google Business Profiles for all four branches, fixed directory listings and added a location page per branch.
- Set up review requests after completed visits, with replies written to protect patient privacy.
Our front desk finally has time for patients in the clinic. The reminders made a visible difference to no-shows within the first month.
